There is innocuous prayer inasmuch as the petitioner has sought directions to respondents to decide the representations filed by the petitioner requesting for transfer at one place under the scheme known as "Couple Convenience Scheme".

In the light of above, we direct respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner, keeping in view the policy of Government i.e "Couple Convenience Scheme" and after following procedural formalities, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
