This an is application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 57 days in filing appeal, challenging Judgment and Award dated 18-09-2018, passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 181 of 2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant - appellant submits that sufficient cause has been shown in this application for causing delay of 57 days in filing appeal. He submits that the delay is bonafide and unintentional.

The learned counsels appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 5 and respondent no. 6 have not filed reply opposing application, however, orally submit that they are opposing the application. 4.

After going through the contents of the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant. 5.

Accordingly application is allowed. Delay is condoned. 6.
