Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected appeals, the court has allowed the applicants to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to this court and 20% was directed to be kept in fixed deposit. As such, the applicants in the respective applications for withdrawal are allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking before this Court that in 2/3

case the applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they will deposit the same within one month. Remaining 20% amount be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.

For the reasons stated in the applications for bringing legal heirs on record, the applications are allowed.

Respective civil applications are accordingly disposed of.
