We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad. We have perused the Government Resolution dated 04/05/2022, which is not applicable to the petitioners, who are falling under the non-teaching category.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners, submits on instructions that, the petitioners would withdraw this petition and would independently seek a transfer, based on any such Government Resolution or policy, as may be applicable to them.
