The petitioner management is seeking permission for conducting private competitive examination. A comprehensive proposal submitted by the petitioner with the respondents-authorities on 28.08.2023 seems to be replied by the respondent-Director of Education (Primary) vide communication dated 03.10.2023 pointing out several deficiencies and giving an option to the petitioner to make a fresh proposal by complying with it.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit a fresh comprehensive proposal removing the shortcomings pointed out in the communication dated 03.10.2023 within four weeks. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh comprehensive proposal with respondent No. 2 by removing the shortcomings pointed out in the communication dated 03.10.2023. On such 1/2

22 WP 6359 OF 2019.odt proposal duly complying with all the requisite information shall be considered by the respondent No. 2 who shall on such receipt of the proposal after objectively scrutinizing it in accordance with the Government resolution shall take further steps within four weeks from receipt of the proposal.
