Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially some interim order was passed by this Court. It has served its purpose. Even otherwise, under the order dated 11.07.2014 the University was given liberty to approach the Court for securing further orders, if the petitioner / college failed to take steps as specified in the order.

It appears that the University has not further approached this Court.

In the light of above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
