Writ petition is arising out of order dated 09/04/2019, passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Ahmednagar, below Exhibit-U-23 in Application (MRTU) No.02/2017. 2.

Learned advocate for petitioner has placed on record the order dated 25/09/2024 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Ahmednagar, below Exhibit-U-1 in Application (MRTU) No.02/2017, wherein the application itself is disposed of as withdrawn, since the applicant Union does not want to proceed further in the application and pursis is also filed by the applicant Union in that regard at Exhibit-U-40. The order dated 25/09/2024 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of withdrawal of application, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
