We have heard Mr.Khandagale Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for Respondent.

The affidavit is filed by Respondent Nos.2 and 3 stating that some deficiencies were

2 W.P.No.6277/17 found in the proposal of the petitioner. The petitioner was called upon to remove the deficiencies.

However, the petitioner institution did not remove the deficiencies. It is stated that now a fresh policy has been evolved for granting permission on self-finance basis under G.R. dated 14.7.2017.

The petitioner may apply afresh for start of Urdu medium Ist to IV standard on selffinance basis. In case the proposal is made in tune with G.R. dated 14.7.2017 then the Respondent shall consider the said proposal and take steps expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
