Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A grievance having been raised in this petition for non compliance of the order of this Court, simple notice was issued to sole respondent (Respondent No. 4 in W.P.). By order dated 18.12.2018, respondent No. 4 Education Officer (Secondary) was directed to decide the proposal within the stipulated period on its merits and in accordance with the law and procedure. 3.

Today the learned AGP placed on record the proposal forwarded to the Deputy Director of the

cp420.19 Education, Latur, dated 20th August, 2019 by the respondent Education Officer, for inclusion of the name of the petitioner under the modality known as 'Shalarth Pranali'.

The learned AGP on instructions from the officer of Education Department, who is present in the Court, submits that the Deputy Director of Education, Latur, Dist; Latur, would pass appropriate orders within two weeks for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in 'Shalarth Pranali'. This submission is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
