Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of order passed by the Labour Court in Misc. IDA No.1 of 2017 dated 15.11.2018 and communication dated 01.03.2019 addressed to the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Latur to the effect that the order of recovery dated 31.12.2016 stands stayed, the challenge in the petition does not survive. 02.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the petition.

In view of aforesaid submission based on the order passed by the Labour Court dated 15.11.2018 and the communication dated 01.03.2019, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
