PER COURT :

Though this Court was not very much inclined to grant extension of time to deposit the amount, in view of the earlier order passed by this Court and though the learned AGP had tried to convince at his best to make statement as to when the authority is going to prepare the cheque and deposit it as per the order of this Court, the concerned authority has not given the clear idea as to when the cheque would be ready. This is the statement that has been made. But, the learned AGP was insisting that he would personally look into the matter and see that the authority prepare the cheque within four weeks, and hand it over to him for its deposit in this

CA_5589_2021 Court. As aforesaid, this Court was not inclined, but it can be said that the learned Advocate for the claimant said that the claimant is interested in getting the amount, and therefore, one chance be given to the State to comply with the order, though the claimant has already filed the execution petition. Therefore, taking into consideration this situation, time to deposit the amount as per the orders passed earlier is extended by four weeks. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
