At the out set learned counsel for the applicant seeks amendment to the application for correcting the date of death of deceased respondent No.2A. Leave is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

This application is for condonation of delay of 52 days in bringing LR's of deceased respondent No.2A who died on 06/12/2022. 3.

Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, no malafides can be attributed to the applicants for not taking steps to bring the LR's of deceased respondent No.2A on record in time. Hence application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Amendment be carried out within a period of six weeks.
