Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.497 of 2023, registered with Chalisgaon City Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he forged the Aadhar card and executed sale deed of the property which was not belonging to him. He appeared before the Sub Registrar introducing himself as if he is the owner of the land. He seeks bail on the ground of parity. However, the role attributed to co-accused who has been granted bail and the

30-BA.806-24.odt present applicant is different. Forging the Government document and cheating is a serious offence. The applicant was knowing well that he is not the owner of the land/plot which he sold to third party. Now-a-days such crimes are mushrooming in the society. There is strong evidence against the applicant, therefore, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. 4.

Hence, bail application stands dismissed.
