PER COURT :- This Contempt Petition alleges disobedience of the order dated 26th March, 2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9676/2013. It appears that, this Court directed Respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner for transfer in accordance with the relevant Rules on or before 30th May, 2014. Since the said year is over, We hope and expect that, the Respondent No.2 will consider the request of the petitioner for transfer in accordance with relevant rules on or before 30th May, 2015, if already not favourably considered.
