for State. Perused the Application. Perused record of Criminal Appeal No.166 of 2003. On 29th March 2016 Appeal was adjourned at the request of counsel for legal representatives of the Appellant, to 7th April 2016. On 7th April 2016 also matter was not argued and counsel was not present. Consequently the Appeal was disposed as abated.

As a last opportunity, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) to be paid on or before 13th June 2016, the Criminal Appeal No.166 of 2003 shall stand restored. In default, the order dated 7th April 2016 shall stand.
