Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition i.e. 'until conclusion of the trial, the applicant shall not to enter Ahmednagar district'.

The applicant is obeying the bail condition since 15.09.2022. There were no complaints against him that he breached the bail condition. He is an agriculturist. The incident happened in the year 2018. Considering his profession, family difficulties and the conduct not disobeying the bail condition, the condition may be relaxed. Hence, the order :- i) Criminal application is allowed.

ii) Condition No. (iv) in the order dated 15.09.2022 in B.A.No.1120 of 2022 stands relaxed.
