1] Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.3836/2024, the same is allowed. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is arrested, therefore, the present application is rendered infructuous.

3] The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant is not arrested.

779.24ABA 4] Be that as it may, since the submission of the applicant is that the applicant is arrested and he is not pursuing the matter, hence, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
