Learned APP has received information from the concerned SDPO, Shahada and submits that the applicant - Umedsing is arrested in the present case on a production warrant dated 29.07.2025 and was under Police Custody from 30.07.2025 to 04.08.2025. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above fact that applicant No. 1 is already arrested and that the applicant No. 2 - Rajya Valvi was already arrested and was released on regular bail, nothing survives in the present case. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as infructuous.
