Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

This application is filed for modification of order dated 29th March 2023 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.1416 of 2022. The matter was remanded back to the Senior Citizen Tribunal for deciding it afresh. 3.

Considering above, this Court does not find any propriety in modifying the order. The Tribunal (learned SDO) to decide the proceeding pending before him as early as possible and by the end of August 2025.

The parties to co-operate the learned SDO in early disposal of the matter.

If adjournment found to have been obtained without any sufficient reason, the learned SDO is at liberty to impose costs on the parties seeking such adjournment.
