Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/petitioners.

The submission is, pendency of the writ petition, wherein the petitioners are challenging the order of termination dated 31st October, 2015 led to a situation, whereby the petitioners are not being paid their due entitlements in respect of monetary benefits and as all the petitioners are in their advanced age, are desirous of early hearing of the petition.

Our attention is also invited to the order dated 15th June, 2018, passed by the Division Bench of this Court, whereby the petition was directed to be fixed for final hearing in the year 2018. 4.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the applicants/petitioners and for the reasons stated in the application, post the writ petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 4th November, 2019.
