Present application has been filed for modification of the order passed by this Court on 14.01.2019. This Court, by the said order, had permitted the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by submitting undertaking. It is stated that the undertaking has been submitted. However, the registry is insisting that there should be a joint account of the applicants. It is stated that now the applicant No.1 is not staying with applicant Nos.2 and 3

984.ca.7030.2019 and therefore, it is difficult.

Taking into consideration this fact, the order dated 14.01.2019 is modified further as follows :

In addition to clause (1) of the said order, following clauses be added :- 1a) From the said 50% of the said amount which has been permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants, out of that 50% be given to applicant No.1 and 25% each to applicant Nos. 2 and 3 in their separate accounts. 2.

Application stands disposed of.
