We had dismissed Writ petition No. 14195/2018 under order dated 18ht April, 2019. Present Civil application is filed for continuation of the interim order.

Mr. Ashutosh Kulkarni, the learned Advocate submits that this Court, by way of ad-interim order dated 20th December, 2019, directed that in case, there is vacancy of the advertised post of constable-cumdriver, the same shall be kept vacant till next date of hearing. The said interim order was continue till disposal of the writ petition.

In case the post which was held by the 1/2

ca5986 petitioner is not filled in after the writ petition is dismissed, then the same shall not be filled in for a period of two weeks from today.

Needless to state that on lapse of two weeks, the interim order shall shall come to an end. 5.

Civil application disposed of.
