Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, which is pending since 27.12.2023.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

It appears that the petitioner is a student of 12th Science and preparing for NEET-UG-2024. She claims that she belongs to Scheduled Tribe Category and, therefore, she is in need of the validity certificate.

Since the claim of the petitioner is pending since 27.12.2023, taking into consideration the pendency before respondent No.2 and [1]

928-wp-4920-2024.odt also the need of the petitioner, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of FOUR MONTHS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
