Though this Court was not very much inclined to grant extension of time to deposit the amount, in view of the earlier order passed by this Court and though the learned AGPs had tried to convince at their best to make statement as to when the authorities are going to prepare the cheque and deposit it as per the order of this Court, the concerned authorities have not given them the clear idea as to when the cheque would be ready. This is the statement that has been made. But, the learned AGPs were insisting that they would personally look into the matter and see that the authorities prepare the cheque within four weeks, and hand it over to them for its deposit in this Court.
As aforesaid, this Court was not inclined, but it can be said that the learned Advocate for the claimants said that the claimants are interested in getting the amount, and therefore, one chance be given to the State to comply with the order, though the claimants have already filed the execution petitions. Therefore, taking into consideration this situation, time to deposit the amount as per the orders passed earlier is extended by four weeks. Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly. ( Smt.
