Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

This petition is filed against the rejection of application of the petitioner/original plaintiff seeking order of status quo till decision of the application Exh.5.

It is seen that the applicant has filed this application on 11th April 2025. The trial Court has issued notice on the interim application. In the meantime, the petitioner preferred this application. 4.

The learned trial Court specifically recorded the statement of the

Ethape ( 2 ) 509-WP-6070-2025 learned Advocate for the defendant/present respondent that the defendant is not going to demolish the Well. The Court also observed that nothing is shown that the defendant is preparing to demolish the Well. In any case, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage where the trial Court is yet to decide the application Exh.5. It is only expected of the trial Court to decide the application Exh.5 at the earliest. 5.
