1) Civil Application No.8261/2016 is filed for condonation of delay of 55 days caused in filing proceeding for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar (Judicial) by which he refused registration for not removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicant takes blame to himself. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside. The office objections are to be removed prior to 1st July 2016. If not removed it is to be treated that the present proceeding is dismissed.
