The petitioner is anxious that in spite of the management having forwarded the proposal to respondent no. 2 -Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed on 27.12.2023 for granting approval to his appointment to the post of supervisor with effect from 01.09.2023 no decision has been taken till date.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2Education Officer (Secondary) to take an appropriate decision on the proposal (Exh. 'D') on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
