This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 28.4.2014 claiming rental compensation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the event of upholding entitlement of petitioner to receive the compensation, the respondent No.4 shall disburse the amount so determined, to the petitioners within a period of six months from such decision. With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
