Learned counsel for the applicants refers to that all through the litigation, upto disposal of regular civil appeal, interim relief in the form of status quo had been operating, and, the same also continues to operate under ad interim order dated 10th October, 2016 passed by this court.

As such, the said order to continue to operate during pendency of the appeal.
