We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State. 2.

It is submitted that, appeal is now kept for hearing on 24th August, 2021.

It was grievance of the petitioners that, the appeal filed by the petitioners was not heard, nor the stay petition and the show cause notice was issued for measurement as per the order of the regional authority.

We had passed an interim order to the effect that, measurement may proceed further, however, further steps pursuant to the measurement may not take place.

In view of the fact that, now appeal is kept for hearing, we dispose of the writ petition with directions to decide the appeal expeditiously. The parties shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the appeal. Till the appeal filed by the petitioners is decided, the interim order passed on 12th July, 2021 shall continue. No costs.
