The Petitioner desires to avail of the remedy of preferring an appeal under the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964, for challenging the enquiry, the finding against the Petitioner and the order of punishment. He also submits that if there is a delay, he would prefer an application for condonation of delay. 2.

In view of the above, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to withdraw this petition since he desires to approach the Appellate Authority. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off.
