The learned counsel for the applicant prays that the word 'Kinwat' in the nomenclature of respondent no. 2 - Committee, be permitted to be substituted with the word 'Aurangabad'. He submits that, it was mistakenly mentioned in the petition.

In view of above, this Civil Application is disposed off. Necessary correction be carried out by the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 3157 of 2023, and corresponding correction be carried out in the order dated 21st April, 2023.
