I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. By order dated 23.03.2018, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court permitted the Petitioner to amend the petition by purchasing a floor carpet for the children's home worth Rs.3000/-. The children's home is situated in the Family Court.

The Petitioner is not aggrieved by the said order. The grievance is that the dimensions of the children's room were not being provided and therefore, the Petitioner was unable to purchase the carpet. When the Petitioner moved an application on 05.04.2018 seeking clarification, the same was rejected by the order dated 12.04.2018. On 24.04.2018, when an adjournment was sought due to the ill health of the

*2* 1052wp5055o18 Petitioner's Advocate, further costs of Rs.3000/- have been imposed. After considering the above fact situation and upon considering the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides, I do not find that this petition should be kept pending. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of with the following directions :- (a) The orders dated 23.03.2018 and 24.04.2018 shall stand implemented by the Petitioner by firstly, carrying out the amendment that was permitted, within three weeks from today and secondly, by seeking specific dimensions of the children's room from the Superintendent of the Family Court. (b) The Superintendent of the Family Court shall give specific dimensions of the said room's floor to the Petitioner, within three weeks from today.

(c) After the dimensions are provided as above, the Petitioner shall purchase the floor carpet as per the said dimensions for an amount of about Rs.5000/- and the said carpet shall be delivered by the Petitioner to the Superintendent of the Family Court within two weeks, thereafter.
