The parties are in agreement that the present Misc.Civil Application can be disposed of by ordering transfer of H.M.P. No.61 of 2014 which is pending on the file of 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur to the competent Court at Pune, which according to learned Counsel for the applicant is Family Court at Pune. 2.

In view thereof, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. It is ordered that the H.M.P. No.61 of 2014, pending on the file of 3rd Joint

Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur be transferred and placed before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune for assigning it to the appropriate Court.
