Learned AGP on behalf of respondent-State submits that the petitioner's case is sent for re-verification to the vigilance cell by the committee. The proceeding is to be decided within four months. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. 3.

The respondents shall not take adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that the validation certificate is pending.
