In view of same, the applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court, 50% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, 25% of the amount on submitting bank guaranty of the scheduled bank and remaining 25% on submitting solvent surety/security. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
