The learned AGP has placed on record the proceedings for private negotiations as well as determination of quantum of compensation, at internal page No.16. The said compilation (17 pages), is collectively marked as 'X-1' for identification. He also places on record the communication by the Sub Divisional Officer, Respondent No.2 herein, addressed to Respondent No.3, dated 21.02.2024. The same is marked as 'X2' for identification. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners places on

*2* 922y wp8206o24 record the copy of the Government Resolution dated 23.07.2024, which is marked as 'X-3' for identification. He submits that Respondent No.3 has received money for the purpose of making the payment of compensation.

The learned AGP clarifies that the amount received, is for the whole State.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.3 to deposit the amount of compensation to be paid to these Petitioners, with Respondent No.2, within 90 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would disburse the amount to the Petitioners, if there is no legal impediment, upon execution of the sale deed, within 90 days. kps (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V.
