Mr.Shendurnikar, learned Counsel submits that vide order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.8955 of 2016, by mistake, some directions have been issued by this Court, however, those directions are to be made in Writ Petition No.7729 of 2016.

In view of the nature of grievance, it is desirable that the Counsel in Writ Petition No.7729 of 2016 is also heard. List both these Writ Petitions before this Court tomorrow i.e. 23.02.2017 in urgent category.
