The sole appellant died on 30th July, 2020. His death certificate is filed on record. It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicants that on account of Covid-19 Pandemic, the application could not be preferred in time.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court by passing order dated 10th January, 2022 in Misc. Application No. 21/2022 has extended the period of limitation till 28th February, 2022.

In the circumstances, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Amendment be carried out within two weeks. Abetment is set aside.
