In connected matters (Civil Application No.8041 of 2020 and other matters), this Court, vide order dated 09.06.2021, permitted the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court.

Therefore, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on condition that 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing undertaking on usual
