1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the Revenue Minister and the same is pending. During pendency of the said appeal, the petitioners have received notice of dispossession of the land. The same was challenged by the present petitioner in this Court by way of filing present Writ Petition.

5542.22WP 2] By the order dated 27.05.2022, this Court granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses ' D' and '

E' and also granted stay to the impugned notice at Exhibit-C dated 4th April, 2022. Both the parties agreed on the aspect of directing the Minister to conclude the hearing of the Appeal pending before him and during pendency of the appeal, interim order passed by this Court dated 27.05.2022 to remain in operation till the conclusion of the proceedings / appeal pending before the Revenue Minister. 3] It is expected that the Hon'ble Revenue Minister would decide the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, and the parties would co-operate in deciding the appeal finally. 4] Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
