Heard. Perused the papers. This petition seeks quashing of Crime No.118 of 2013 registered at Cidco Police Station, Aurangabad, alleging offence punishable under section 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the FIR, we find that the dispute between the parties was of civil nature. The parties referred the dispute to Arbitrator. The award was passed. In the meantime, parties have settled the dispute. One of the Directors of the complainant-company/respondent No.2 is present before the Court. He is identified by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. In view of this settlement, we have no hesitation to quash the FIR and charge-sheet.
