2] Delay of 156 days caused in filing the appeal is sought to be condoned by the applicant/appellant - Insurance Company.
3] According to learned counsel for the applicant, the delay is caused as there was a communication gap between the local Officer and the legal department of the applicant - Company.
4] Considering the submissions, in my view, sufficient reasons are made out.
Delay is condoned. The application is allowed.
5] The appeal be registered as per the due process of law. Upon registeration of the appeal, Mr.Gandhi waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3 in the appeal.

2] Considering the grounds made out in the appeal and finding that present applicants are dependents of the young deceased, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court together with proportionate accrued interest, upon filing of an undertaking that in case, any order adverse to their interest is passed in the First Appeal lateron, they would refund the said amount within a period of four months from the date of
the order.
