This is an application for bail on medical grounds. Earlier application for bail was already dismissed as withdrawn. The present application does not provide any details of his latest medical condition. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application with details of his medical condition.

Considering this request the application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed off with liberty as prayed for. In the meantime if the applicant is in need of any medical attention, the Jail Authorities shall provide all the medical attention and facilities required for his medical treatment.
