The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 27.08.2013, passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records holding office at Nasik, by filing this petition on 29.04.2019.

Considering that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of approaching the Deputy Director of Land Records at Nasik to challenge the impugned order, I am not required to entertain this petition. It is pointed out that in a separate litigation between the other farmers from the same consolidation scheme, the parties had arrived at a compromise in this Court. It is however settled

24 wp 11141-19 .odt law that unless the parties before this Court in the matter in hand are compromising on the same terms, an order passed on compromise is not to be cited.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the petitioner approaches the Deputy Director of Land Records, Nasik for challenging the impugned order within four weeks from today, the pendency of this petition from 29.04.2019 until four weeks from today as well as other grounds as may be cited by the petitioner, would be considered for dealing with the issue of condonation of delay.
