1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the original claimant, as well as learned AGP for respondent No.3. 2] Perused the application. The matter pertains to land acquisition proceedings. In view of reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned award passed by the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) in LAR No. 286 of 2001 on certain terms and conditions. Hence, the execution and implementation of the impugned award dated 10th April, 2015 passed by the learned Jt. Civil Judge (S.D.) Latur, in LAR No.

286 of 2001 is hereby stayed subject to the condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount accompanied with interest accrued thereon, in this court within a period of 12 weeks, failing which the stay shall stand automatically vacated. The respondent will be at liberty to make application for dismissal of the appeal on the ground of non-compliance of the order of stay passed by this Court Accordingly, the application stands allowed and disposed of.
