Under the impugned order the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is rejected. The same is rejected on the basis of Government Resolution dated 20.06.2014. The appointment of the petitioner is prior to the said Government Resolution. 2.

In the light of that, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Education Officer shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner afresh on its own merits and shall decide it within a period of four (04) months from today. According to the petitioner, before filling the post the permission was obtained from the authority. The said fact be pointed to the Education Officer. 3.
