Learned counsel for petitioner, with reference to order dated 06-01-2016 annexed to the petition at page 36, on instructions, submits that request made under the application for requisite correction in the school leaving certificate in respect of petitioner's case, would be made as per the procedure which is required, as observed under the impugned order. 2.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and same stands disposed of. 3.

It is expected that the authority would pass appropriate orders after taking into account the surrounding circumstances and the legal position.
