It is not in dispute that case of the petitioner was considered for additional increment as laid down under Government Resolution dated 12.12.2000 and the same is rejected by order dated 25.08.2023.

It is the grievance of petitioner that in view of observations made by this Court in the order allowing the writ petition, petitioner's claim ought to have been allowed. 3.

In clause (b) of the order passed in writ petition, it is directed that case of the petitioner shall be considered on its own merits within a period of six months. Though the case is not considered within six months and there was two months' delay, fact remains that case of the petitioner is decided on

(2) 935 CP-415.2025.odt merits by the respondents. In that view of the matter, there is compliance of the directions of this Court. Hence, the contempt petition is disposed of.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of respondents, he is at liberty to challenge it, before appropriate forum.
