By these civil applications applicants seek to condone delay of 117 and 116 days respectively caused in filing the appeals

2 ca 7455.19 challenging judgment and award dated 19.09.2018 passed by the 03rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon in L. A. R. No. 146 of 2010 and L. A. R. No. 154 of 2010.

Mr. Bhokarikar, learned advocate appearing for the applicants invited attention of this Court to para No. 3 of the applications and submits that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 vehemently opposes the applications.

Having considered submissions advanced and pleadings in para No. 3 of the applications delay deserves to be condoned. Hence the civil applications are allowed. The delay of 117 and 116 days respectively caused in filing the first appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered. The civil applications are disposed of.
